Free delivery on orders over £300 to RM/CM postcodes and over £200 to SS postcodes.

Standard £20 delivery for orders under £200.

Our timber undergoes pressure treatment with Tanalith ‘E’ preservative to enhance durability and resistance to decay, insects, and fungal growth. This process ensures the timber is suitable for outdoor applications, providing long-lasting performance.

What is the moisture content of your timber?

Our timber is kiln-dried to reduce moisture content, typically achieving a low level that enhances strength and stability. Kiln drying minimises the risk of warping or splitting, ensuring the timber maintains its integrity over time.

Do you provide timber suitable for structural applications?

Yes, our C24 graded timbers are suitable for structural uses, including beams and joists. Products like our 47mm x 225mm treated sawn timber are ideal for such applications, offering the necessary strength and reliability.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your items upon delivery and report any damage immediately. If items are signed for without noting damage, we may not be able to process claims. Contact us right away if you have any issues.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days, but a 25% restocking fee may apply. Special order items are non-refundable. Please contact us for full return terms.
