2.5mm galvanised restraint straps for tying floors, roofs and wall plates to masonry, CE marked to BS EN 845-1. Straight, bent at 100mm or twisted at 100mm, 400mm to 1500mm long. Sold singly.
Light (2.5mm) straps provide the horizontal restraint required by the Building Regulations at floor and roof level: fixed across at least three joists and turned down the inner leaf of the wall. Bent straps turn 90° at 100mm for wall plates; twisted straps turn through 90° for fixing rafters to wall plates.
