Pre-punched galvanised nail plates for jointing structural timbers, site-built trusses and repairs. 50 x 80mm up to 200 x 100mm. Fix both sides with square twist nails. Sold singly.
Nail plates make a quick, strong butt or splice joint in timber: lay the plate over the joint and nail through every hole, with a matching plate on the other face. The pressed dimples stiffen the plate and help locate the nails.
