Nylon frame fixings with countersunk screw for fixing timber, window and door frames, battens and ledger boards into brick, block and concrete. Drill straight through the timber into the masonry and drive. M8 and M10, 80mm to 160mm.
The quickest way to fix timber to masonry: drill through the timber and into the wall in one go, push the fixing through and tighten. The long nylon sleeve expands along its length, so it holds in soft block as well as brick and concrete.
Allow at least 50mm into sound masonry plus the timber thickness plus any plaster. A 47mm batten on a plastered wall needs 100–120mm.
