At E-Timber, we strive to provide you with convenient and affordable delivery options to ensure your timber wood products reach you in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Delivery Policy

With the nature of our scope of products delivery charges can become complicated and will be calculated on the cart page. This is the most accurate way to find out charges based on your cart and delivery location. 
 
Order Processing Time –  1 to 2 days
Shipping time –  1 to 4 days
 
Delivery rates and fees nationwide are applicable at different values based on your location and accessibility within mainland UK. All items must be checked for damages and signed for accordingly with our couriers or our own drivers at time of delivery.
 
E-timber must also be notified at time of delivery if there are any problems. If items have been signed once condition has been checked upon delivery, then we cannot accept any claims for damages. If you want cancel order please contact us by email at sales@e-timber.co.uk

Free Delivery

Delivery is free for orders over £300 to postcodes with RM or CM.

Delivery is free for orders over £200 to SS postcodes.

£20 Standard delivery for orders under £200.

Delivery Charges

For orders below the specified value for free delivery, a standard delivery fee of £20 will apply.

How to Qualify for Free Delivery:

To qualify for free delivery, simply ensure your order meets the minimum spend requirement for your postcode area. Our system will automatically apply the free delivery option during checkout once the qualifying amount is reached.

Returns and Cancelled Orders Policy

Returns and cancelled orders within 14 days may be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and any other carriage/collection charges that may be incurred. Returns of special order items are not possible and will be subject to manufacturers stance on this. 

This is at E-timber’s discretion and if applicable will provide full details and warning before confirming any returns or cancelled orders. Goods not in a resealable condition, damaged or not in original packaging will be refused. We do not offer a collection facility so please make arrangements for return.

Please contact us for a list of items which are not available for return because they are considered specialised or “picked to order”. Returns outside the 14-day period will not be accepted.
